At our practice, we make every effort to provide you with the finest endodontic care. We verify your insurance prior to your appointment in order to provide you with the estimated portion due for treatment. Please bring your current dental insurance card for our records.

We accept most other insurance carriers, but will be considered Out of Network for those plans.  We can file your claim to the insurance company, as a courtesy to you.

For your convenience, we accept: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit (a patient financing program). You can apply for financing through Care Credit online at www.carecredit.com and Chase Health Advance online at www.healthadvance-online.com. Payment is due at the time service is rendered.
